Yesterday evening, Minneapolis surprised me with lovely, drizzling rain...but the day before, the wind was out of control! My hair is obviously having a good time in the above photos. This look came together as kind of an "aha!" moment. Polka-dots and cargo pants and cap-toe flats are a trio made in heaven.
