Ever since I graduated, “back to school” has become a state of mind. Regardless, most of us still associate autumn with bouquets of sharpened pencils and shopping for new clothes, even decades later. With shopping as my focus, Kohl’s gave me a gift card and told me to go nuts in the juniors department, and I decided to focus on one fall fashion trend I’m excited to see back around: camouflage. It’s a cool and edgy print that I made even edgier by mixing it with a delicate, rose-print dress, going for a slightly punk inspired look when paired with black Vans. Another way to wear it is in a more monochromatic way over an army green tee with your favorite pair of jeans and flats.
