While I'm not usually the sportiest spice in the cabinet, you guys know I appreciate athleisure, and I'll work a tricolor terry sweatshirt into my wardrobe any day. Blue, red, pink, orange—I don't know what it is about this time in my life that's drawing me toward so much color, but I can roll with it while it's happening...as long as all of my accessories are in black and white.

The thing I love about style is that you can take any trend and make it your own. My bohemian, wild-and-free, flower child days are long gone (like...very long gone), but as soon as I saw this dusty rose, brushstroke kimono I had to have it. I had to have it, but I had to make it accessible, so I paired it with a classic white button-up, my new favorite pair of skinny jeans, and a pair of chic and elevated suede flats. 

This piece is also perfect for layering if you're headed out to Coachella this weekend, or festival season this summer. It's also available on Revolve, which ships out incredibly fast.

I wore this top in Hawaii a few times with shorts and sandals, so I was looking forward to seeing how I could maneuver it into everyday wear back in Seattle. Paired with a pink silk bomber and my recent favorite white tennies, it lended itself to a cool and fresh spring look. Plus, I feel like I could stroll right on to the set of Grease, and that's never a bad thing.
